My Cornwall... for me Cornwall is an ever changing canvas of beautiful imagery. A peninsula, bounded on three sides by the sea with its relentless attack on the coastline. Diverse weather patterns, distinct seasonal changes all bathed in a light that is second to none.

Sunsets and sun rises, over headlands and beaches. Foliage that glows with a palette of greens almost fluorescent. Rolling hills, steep cliffs and jagged rocks. Shallow bays filled with torquoise green waters to storm battered coves with enchanting caves and shingle sands. Colourful stones and pebbles of every size, shape and texture carpet the beaches for miles and miles of the Cornish coastline.

Nature has a way of teaching you to respect her in this land. The sea in anger is a mighty force with no equal and yet offers a tranquil paradise when still and calm. Outstanding beauty is frequently around us here for those who open their eyes to see it. Miss it and very often it is gone forever.

'Captured in Cornwall' is my attempt to preserve just a few of these moments and keep them for us all to enjoy wherever we are. I hope, like me, you really appreciate what a special place Cornwall is and always will be. There is nowhere quite like it!
